Your information
Privacy notice.
A straightforward explanation of what happens when you contact us through this website.
Who handles your enquiry
This website is operated for Madris Consulting Ltd. Enquiries are handled by Madris Consulting and, where relevant, its TheNextLevel delivery partner so the team can respond to your request. You can contact Matt at mattp@madrisconsult.com.
What the form collects
We ask for your name, work email, company and message. You may also provide a website address and select the areas you would like to discuss. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive personal details in your message.
How the information is used
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, discuss potential work and keep a record of that conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We use the information to take steps at your request before a potential agreement, or to respond to general business enquiries in our legitimate interests.
Website and email providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form messages are delivered using Resend and then handled in the recipients’ email systems. These providers process the information needed to operate the website and deliver your message. They may process data outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting business relationship, including any record-keeping obligations. We do not sell enquiry data. Technical request information, such as an IP address, may be processed to protect the form against abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and page assets are served by the website itself. The site does not store your form entries in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask about the personal information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to its use by contacting mattp@madrisconsult.com. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
